Epana is a subsidiary of Vivaro Corporation , a provider of innovative Telecommunications and Financial Services to the fast-growing Hispanic community. Epana provides the underlying technology and platforms to deliver those services and powers the company’s ability to offer our attractive products and services to our consumers directly and through third party distributors.

We are a privately owned technology company that was founded in 2000 as a last-mile facilities based telecommunications business operating in New York City. This business evolved into the development of a cutting edge telecommunications platform that utilized new and open technologies to build one of the leading United States to Latin America telecommunications businesses. In 2004, Epana provided the technical backbone for the creation of Kare Distribution, the largest private Hispanic focused sales and marketing distribution network. Epana further evolved in 2007 by providing the technical platform for Unidos Financial Services, a provider of innovative financial service solutions. Epana’s platform and technology contributes to a better understanding of consumption patterns and allows us to more effectively sell and market to our consumers, including a Loyalty Program that provides benefits across multiple products and services.

Affiliates

Kare Distribution is our Direct Store Distribution (DSD) and marketing organization. We built the largest Hispanic distribution network in the United States servicing the hard-to-reach independent grocers, bodegas, tiendas, carnicerias and other locations where our consumers live, work and shop. Our field personnel are comprised of consummate sales and marketing professionals, each personally dedicated to serve our consumers and retail business partners. Kare also works with a select group of distributors that share our commitment to serve the Hispanic consumer. Our combined distribution network reaches over 60,000 locations in the United States alone. Kare provides each store and distributor with superior products, outstanding account management, excellent commissions, point-of-sale and other marketing support.

Unidos Financial Services is a licensed Money Services Business and is our financial services organization. Unidos provides its consumers a superior, safer and cost effective way to transfer money internationally and pay bills. Through its vast agent network and strong banking, retail and distribution partnerships, Unidos provides its consumers with a broad suite of financial products, including a leading cash to VISA prepaid debit card remittance solution and a bill payment product to tap into these rapidly growing multi-billion dollar industries.
